Before you begin
- Use a provider account your agency is authorized to use for client data.
- Review that provider’s retention, privacy, regional, and model-usage settings.
- Add provider billing or credits when required. The $99 Said & Done subscription does not include model usage.
Connect and test the provider
- Sign in as a workspace owner or admin and open Settings.
- Choose AI & Transcription, then select the provider your agency uses.
- Select a model or keep the recommended default.
- Paste the API key or complete the supported subscription authorization flow.
- Save the credential and run the connection test.
Credentials are encrypted at rest. Said & Done uses the selected workspace credential for that workspace’s processing and does not substitute a platform-funded model.
Configure walkthrough transcription
Walkthrough transcription supports OpenAI, Google, and Groq. In Settings, choose an audio transcription provider and model backed by a credential already saved for that provider. This can be different from the model used for summaries and reports.
If the connection test fails
- Confirm the credential has not expired, been revoked, or been copied with spaces.
- Confirm the provider account has access to the selected model and available quota.
- Choose another available model if the provider has retired or restricted the current one.
- Re-enter the credential rather than sending it to support.
