Your agency supplies the AI provider credential and pays that provider for model and transcription usage. Said & Done does not silently substitute platform-funded model usage or include unlimited third-party consumption.

• Owners control the workspace and its highest-risk administrative changes.
• Admins can manage shared configuration and most operational setup.
• Members collaborate with tenant data but do not manage shared secrets, integrations, billing, or team permissions.
• Client portal members are external users and do not count as internal workspace users.

1. Open authenticated Settings as the workspace owner.
2. Open the Stripe Customer Portal from the billing section.
3. Update the payment method, review invoices, or schedule cancellation.
4. Access follows the paid subscription state and paid-through date shown by Stripe.
