Why meetings appear here
A native Notetaker transcript can arrive before Said & Done has enough information to identify its client. Keeping that meeting unmatched prevents evidence from entering the wrong account.
Assign or ignore
- Open Inbox and review the meeting title, date, participants, and suggested matches.
- Choose Assign to client only after confirming the account from the source details.
- Create the client first if the correct account does not exist.
- Choose Ignore for internal, personal, test, duplicate, or otherwise irrelevant meetings.
Assigning a meeting starts downstream client processing. Confirm the client before continuing instead of relying only on a suggested match.
If no suggestion appears
- Wait briefly if the meeting is still importing or matching.
- Confirm that useful attendee information exists.
- Add the relevant client contacts, then reopen the assignment dialog.
- Assign manually when you know the account; a suggestion is helpful, not required.
After assignment
The meeting moves into the client record and is processed into the reviewable delivery signals available for that transcript. Open the meeting to validate the result before using it elsewhere.
