Recurring delivery

Create client updates from reviewed evidence

Client updates turn recent delivery evidence into a concise draft that your agency reviews before sending.

Prepare the account

  • Set the client engagement start date so update and billing cycles have a reliable anchor.
  • Add the relevant contacts and keep meeting and email evidence assigned to the correct client.
  • Review pending timeline events before generating a client-facing update.

Generate and review

  1. Choose the update period and template appropriate for the client.
  2. Generate a draft from the available reviewed evidence.
  3. Verify completed work, open commitments, risks, dates, and cited sources.
  4. Rewrite internal language and remove material the client should not receive.
  5. Send or schedule only after a human approves the final draft.

Avoid weak updates

  • Do not pad an update with activity that has no client-delivery consequence.
  • Do not describe a pending event as confirmed work.
  • Do not let AI choose recipients or send without review.
  • Use specific outcomes and decisions instead of generic progress language.
