What Said & Done reads
The integration searches recent and ongoing mail associated with known client contacts and domains. Candidate messages are evaluated for delivery value such as a request, commitment, completion, risk, decision, or material event.
What is retained
- Useful client evidence is attached to the appropriate client workflow.
- Rejected candidates retain only opaque Gmail identifiers needed to avoid processing the same message again.
- Said & Done cannot send, edit, or delete messages in Gmail.
- Connecting Gmail does not publish any message to the client portal.
Connect and improve matching
- Add the client and its known contacts before connecting Gmail.
- Open Integrations and authorize the read-only Gmail connection.
- Run the initial sync and allow background processing to finish.
- Review retained evidence in the client record and discard or correct anything inappropriate.
If expected email is missing
- Confirm the sender or recipient exists as a client contact or uses the client domain.
- Confirm the connection is active and has not been revoked by Google.
- Remember that routine or irrelevant mail is intentionally rejected.
- Allow time for the sync and analysis jobs to complete before reconnecting.
