Workspace, team member, client, and contact
- A workspace is your agency’s private Said & Done account. Billing, shared configuration, integrations, and usage limits belong to the workspace.
- A team member is an internal owner, admin, or member who works inside that workspace.
- A client is the account where related meetings, emails, contacts, reports, updates, walkthroughs, and delivery history are organized.
- A contact is a person associated with a client. Contacts help match evidence and may be invited to the separate client portal.
Evidence, drafts, and reviewed work
Evidence is source material such as a meeting transcript, retained client email, note, or walkthrough context. Said & Done uses evidence to prepare summaries, action items, risks, updates, and reports.
AI output is always a draft. Review names, ownership, dates, claims, and source references before you rely on it or share it.
A polished output is not automatically a verified output. The person publishing or sending it remains responsible for the review.
Internal, shared, and published
- Internal material is visible only to authorized workspace members.
- A share link exposes one approved resource to its intended recipient; it does not grant workspace access.
- Published portal material is deliberately approved for an invited client audience. Draft reports, raw transcripts, and raw AI output are not automatically published.
The usual lifecycle
- Capture or import a real client conversation.
- Match it to the correct client and process it.
- Review the extracted summary, risks, commitments, sentiment, and actions.
- Combine related evidence into an update, walkthrough, or Opportunity Audit.
- Approve the final material and choose the appropriate delivery or publishing path.
