Evidence review

Process and review a client conversation

Turn a transcript into structured, reviewable evidence without treating AI output as a final client record.

Bring in the transcript

  • Use the native Notetaker for eligible future calendar meetings.
  • Upload or paste a transcript when you already have the source or do not want to connect a calendar.
  • Map speakers when generic labels would make ownership or attribution unclear.

Process the meeting

  1. Open the meeting and confirm its client, title, date, and participants.
  2. Choose Process and wait for the analysis status to finish.
  3. Review the summary against the transcript.
  4. Correct speaker names and reprocess when attribution materially affects the result.
  5. Confirm or edit action ownership and dates before using them for delivery.

How to read the result

  • Summary captures the main discussion; verify that important nuance was not compressed away.
  • Action items represent commitments or follow-ups; confirm the owner and deadline.
  • Risks identify possible delivery or relationship concerns; validate them against the source.
  • Sentiment is a directional signal, not a factual judgment about the client relationship.
  • Suggested client matches and extracted details remain recommendations until reviewed.

When processing fails

  • Confirm the workspace AI provider is verified and has available provider quota.
  • Make sure the transcript contains usable conversational text.
  • Retry after correcting speaker or source-format problems.
  • Do not repeatedly process the same meeting while a job is already running.
