Native meeting capture

Connect a calendar and schedule the Notetaker

Calendar access is optional. When connected, eligible future meetings can receive the visible Said & Done Notetaker.

What the connection does

Said & Done supports Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar. The connection reads eligible meeting details so the native Notetaker can be scheduled. The Notetaker joins as a visible participant and can be denied or removed by the host.

Connect the calendar

  1. Open Integrations as a workspace owner or admin.
  2. Choose the calendar provider and review the requested permissions.
  3. Complete the provider authorization using the account that owns the relevant meetings.
  4. Return to Integrations and confirm the calendar reports a healthy connection.
  5. Review upcoming eligible events before relying on automatic capture.

Recording expectations

  • Tell attendees when recording, transcription, or monitoring consent is required.
  • A waiting room, host decision, meeting-platform restriction, or provider outage can prevent the Notetaker from joining.
  • Manual transcript upload remains the fallback for missed or intentionally unrecorded meetings.
  • Native recording playback is available only during the stated retention window.

Usage limits

The Founder plan includes 20 native Notetaker hours per workspace each month. Additional use is not silently added; it requires approval.
